As a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 10 years, I have refined my skills in the areas of researching and prospecting in MLS, marketing, negotiating transactions, post-contract problem-solving and assisting you through closing.
As a Certified New Home Specialist, I will explain what is driving the current market conditions in your area(s) of interest. I will effectively communicate with both buyers and sellers, and serve as a liaison between buyers, sellers, builders, trade partners, lenders, title companies and other participants in the home building industry to streamline the entire building process.

I am knowledgeable and well-versed in the many new home communities and builders in the Tampa Bay area, whether they be small local builders, custom builders, “on your own lot” builders or large, national builders. As your Buyer’s Agent, I represent you, the buyer. There is no cost to you for my advice, analysis, negotiation skills and service, as I am compensated by the builder.
As a Florida native, I was born in Miami, raised in Ocala, and I have lived in a variety of neighborhoods across the Tampa Bay area since 1993, including Ybor Heights, Palmetto Beach, Riverview, Oldsmar, and the Kenwood and Gulfport areas of St. Petersburg. I have been a licensed agent for over 10 years and have sold more than 120 new homes in my career, totaling over $60 million in new home sales.
In 2009, during the housing downturn, I made a decision to learn another skill, and spent the next four years becoming a Certified Value Specialist®. Value Management is the process of finding value, sometimes creating even more value, in projects and processes without sacrificing primary functions required to be successful. Essentially, it addresses “wants & needs” on a much larger scale. I am positive that gaining this additional knowledge over the past few years will only make me a more effective real estate agent.
